I highly recommend this product to anyone with a pond or fountain to reduce the possibility of loss from the water level dropping unexpectedly. I am able to leave for a weekend...or longer without worrying about my pond level!

I had to fill the fountain with a hose at least once a day. I got so tired of this that after about a year, I just gave up on the fountain... then I visited Pottery World and purchased a kit... after that we enjoyed the fountain every day, all day, with zero problems! our fountain is something that is a continuing pleasure rather than a continuing annoyance
We here at the restaurant, absolutely love your fountain float. When I say we, I am speaking of my waiters and bus people, who prior to having your fountain float kit installed, were constantly bickering daily, over who was going to have to fill, by hand with pitchers of water, the fountain located in the outside dining area.
Since the kit was installed a year and a half ago, the fountain has been maintenance free. Prior to the installation of the float kit, there were many occasions, while visiting with customers in the outside dining area, that I noticed the water in the fountain was almost nil due to splash and evaporation. At this point I would have to have one of my employees stop what they were doing to go fill the fountain. It should be noted that before the float kit was installed, the pump motor had to be replaced because the fountain had run dry. To this date the fountain has been working perfectly.

A restaurant owner who burnt up his fountains pump motor, because no one remembered to fill it up ! I replaced the pump motor and installed float kit in June 2003. It is working great.
